Genius Babies Safety Concerns Statement to Our Valued Customers ~
Genius Babies understands the concerns many of you are having
regarding the safety of children's products made in China. This is of
particular concern at this busy holiday season and in light of the
recent media attention. As over 90% of toys offered in the US (and
pretty much "everything else") are indeed manufactured in China - it
has been a small amount of mass production toys, by retailers like
Mattel and Hasbro that have been affected. We do not have any
relationship with these companies.
We would like to take this opportunity to reassure all of our
customers that we carry only the highest quality specialty products,
and they only use a limited number of factories in the production of
our products. They have long-term personal and close relationships
with their factories. These are all factories they work with closely
on a daily basis and do not outsource any products.
The factories they are using are certified with safety testing on
each component of all products. Any product with a painted component
is independently safety tested at each printing. We also randomly
test individual items using an independent source. Rest assured, all
items offered at Genius Babies are certified tested to exceed ASTM
and CE standards.
